What are we looking for?
Minimum 2 years' experience in the similar capacity in a hotel.
Apprenticeship or College Level with basic / intermediate knowledge of Food Hygiene.
Experience with Chinese cuisine.
A clear passion for food and the culinary arts.
Understanding of Chinese language will be an added advantage.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
