The Role
Position Title: Chef de Partie Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6.8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: One of the region\xe2\x80\x99s leading catering and hospitality services provider : ? Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen ? Execute recipes to the highest standards ? Prepare dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation within their specific section of the kitchen ? Manage inventory levels for their section of the kitchen ? Train and develop junior kitchen staff, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties
Requirements
Qualifications: ? Male, 25 to 35 years old ? At least 3 years of experience in the same role with 5-star background in fine dining restaurants environment ? Must be knowledgeable in Arabic Cuisine and HACCP ?
