The Role
About the Client: A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the area of F&B, providing customers with the best visit experience. : ? Responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauces, vegetables, or fish. ? Preparation and cooking of dishes in their assigned section while making sure to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. ? Ensuring the efficient use of ingredients and supplies to reduce waste and keep costs under control. ? Collaborate with the head chef to develop new menu items and specials and assisting in menu planning and pricing as needed. ? Manage and order supplies for their assigned section. ? Participate in kitchen meetings and contributing ideas for menu development and kitchen improvements.
Requirements
Position Title: Chef de Partie Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Qualifications: ? 40 years old and below ? At least 3 years of experience in the same role related to healthy food concept restaurant ? Can join by March or April 2023
