About The Role
Lead the kitchen operations for Royal Tea Room - sophisticated lounge and tearoom located right at the heart of Atlantis The Royal. Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge. As Chef the Cuisine you will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with the company's brand standards, whilst meeting colleague and guest expectations.
