About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced
Filipino Chef
to join our cafe in Dubai, Rigga. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Filipino and international cafe-style dishes, creativity in menu development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality cafe dishes, breakfast items, and Filipino specialties. Maintain consistency in taste, portion, presentation, and quality. Develop new menu items and daily specials. Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and kitchen safety at all times. Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ordering ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Work collaboratively with the cafe team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in cafes, restaurants, or hotels. Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine and cafe-style food items. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Currently in the UAE (preferred). Can join immediately or with short notice.
