What You'll Do

• Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and assist senior chefs in delivering meals to brand standards
• Ensure all meals are visually appealing and meet taste and presentation expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times
• Follow all hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with local regulations and HACCP guidelines
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and other kitchen duties when required
• Manage supplies and minimize waste through proper handling and storage of ingredients
• Support the team by taking on additional responsibilities as assigned
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role is preferred but not essential
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and handling standards
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 23 kg and perform tasks requiring bending and kneeling
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for following recipes and portioning ingredients
• Warm, approachable, and team-oriented personality with good communication skills
• Passion for food, presentation, and continuous learning in a professional kitchen
