We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of a vibrant and modern cafeteria in the heart of Khalifa Street, Abu Dhabi, specializing in gourmet burgers, fresh juices, artisan coffee, and delightful sweets. We are on the lookout for a passionate and creative Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring our flavorful vision to life!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop high-quality recipes for burgers, juices, coffee, and desserts
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Manage kitchen inventory and food safety standards
Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal and promotional menus
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef or cook in a fast-paced cafe or casual dining environment
Specialization or strong skills in burger preparation, beverages, and desserts
Passion for food trends and innovation
Ability to work under pressure and lead a small team
UAE experience is a plus
