Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chef to join our cloud kitchen located in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is ideal for talented culinary professionals from the Philippines or Nepal or Srilanka who are currently residing in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes consistently while adhering to our established recipes and standards. As a Chef in a cloud kitchen environment, you will focus on culinary excellence without the pressure of customer interaction, allowing you to concentrate on food preparation and quality control. The role requires a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety, ensuring that every dish meets our quality expectations. The Chef will work a 10-hour shift and will be part of a supportive team that values hard work and dedication to culinary arts.
Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.

  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation for all meals prepared in the kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and improve menu items based on seasonal ingredients.
  • Conduct regular taste tests to ensure the quality and flavor of dishes meet our standards.
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and best practices.
  • Implement and follow strict food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene.
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet production deadlines during peak hours.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss menu changes, feedback, and kitchen operations.
Preferred Candidate: * Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role, preferably in a cloud kitchen or high-volume setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a 10-hour shift.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing menu items and culinary trends.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff.
  • Residing in UAE, preferably in Baniyas, to facilitate easy commuting to the kitchen.
  • Willingness to commit to the role and contribute positively to the kitchen environment.
  • Passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
Salary: 2000 to 2500 AED full package.
