Role: Checker - Ongoing Due Diligence (KYC Remediation) Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates Key Accountabilities of the role Main Responsibilities.

• Supervise and provide professional guidance to Processors
• Authorization (approval) and validation of process through workflow/ manual cases initiated by Processors/Makers under guidelines of Bank's Policies & Procedures to ensure strict compliance and no deviations from laid down policies & procedures.
• Perform Enhanced due Diligence while validating documents (forms received online/Physical, Legal documents and system update by customers).
• Engage and work with Business Units to assess documentation requirements for customers.
• Point of contact for business/all the branches for any queries, responsible for handling e-mails in common mailbox, ensuring all queries/complains are responded as per agreed SLA/TAT.
• Ensure that KYC/Compliance guidelines are fulfilled before processing/Validating any transaction.
• Responsible for internal/external audit findings.
• Responsible for the review and approval of customer files.
• Recommend high performers for rewards and counsel marginal performers.
• Identify, escalate and provide solutions to mitigate and manage enterprise risk, improve operating efficiencies, and harmonize workflows and expectations across the bank.

Maintain the MIS-reports and dashboard for all ODD applications regardless of channel of receipt (includes individuals & non-individuals) Training and coaching to all the team members (group individual) to enhance professional efficiency. Discrepancies to be reduced through process improvement plan. Track discrepancies/errors and provide feedback to Makers/Processors to improve accuracy and efficiency. Maintain daily MIS and dashboard/summary of productivity . Ensure standardize format is maintained for updating discrepancies while referring or rejecting the cases through workflow. Contract length: 7 months Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintain daily MIS and dashboard: 2 years (Preferred)
• Maintain the MIS-reports: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• ARABIC (Preferred)
