Job Description

Role Purpose: Providing Support for MIS Preparation and Analysis and performing Quality control checks for High Risk Ongoing Due Diligence cases. Key Accountabilities of the role RESPONSIBILITIES: Assesses ODD workflow queues of GCD, allocating the cases to ODD Officers daily. Tracking the cases through BPM workflow, extracting the report for daily reconciliation. Ensuring all the log sheets are completed by ODD Officers on daily basis, perform ageing analysis as per SLA and timely reporting of same to Team lead. Assess the data through reporting tool to analyze the data and provide different MIS as required by Team lead /Head of FCC. Develops Insights Dashboard based on the analysis and Data of ODD Cases to be presented to Compliance senior management Support the team on providing MIS on timely manner, analyzing the rejection reasons of the analyst and reporting to the team on weekly basis. Supporting Ongoing Due Diligence Team lead on periodic MIS for CCC/BRCC reporting on monthly basis Supporting on adhoc MIS request from senior management as and when required. Perform Quality Assurance on the cases completed and provide report on the quality by analyzing cases (Sample) defined as per Ongoing Due Diligence Procedure. Reporting the outcome of the QA activity through a summary and Dashboard on the reviewed cases to Senior management Follow up with ODD team for discrepancies and deficiencies highlighted for ratification and remediation. Previous experience required (if any) Minimum of 1-2 years Banking experience out of which 1 year should be in MIS role of Compliance area and understand KYC and Ongoing Due Diligence concepts.
