Check-in & Guest Relations Associate
(Male )
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and meet guests on-site during check-in and check-out. Conduct property inspections before guest arrival and after check-out. Ensure the property is in perfect condition and ready for guests. Assist guests with queries, provide local information, and address concerns promptly. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when required. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per guest schedules. Valid Automatic UAE driving license (preferred).
