Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized services.
Assist with check-in/check-out and VIP guest services.
Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
Maintain accurate guest records and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (hospitality certifications are a plus).
Previous experience in guest relations or customer service.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
