Jumeirah Group is seeking an Associate Director - Guest Relations to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Hotel in Dubai, UAE. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing guest relations operations, ensuring luxury service delivery, and creating exceptional experiences for VIP and high-profile guests. The position requires strong leadership, guest engagement expertise, and the ability to coordinate across departments to elevate the guest journey from arrival to departure.

Core Duties

• Oversee all Guest Relations operations to deliver seamless and personalized guest experiences
• Lead, train, and motivate the Guest Relations team to consistently uphold brand standards
• Personally welcome and manage top-tier VIP guests, ensuring preferences and special requests are fulfilled
• Act as the primary contact for guest feedback and service recovery, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to anticipate needs and enhance the full guest journey
• Utilize Opera PMS and guest intelligence systems to maintain accurate records and improve service delivery

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality with leadership roles in Guest Relations or Front Office
• Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining guest focus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
