Position Overview
As a Chartered Accountant at Dicetek, you will play a central role in delivering insightful financial analysis, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting automation and system implementation initiatives. Your expertise in EPM tools, Oracle, OFSAA, and financial dashboards will help drive smarter, data-informed decisions across our client base in banking and financial services.
What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis across business units
• Deliver accurate and timely management reporting with actionable insights
• Support or lead finance system implementations, process automation, and transformation projects
• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems like Oracle or OFSAA for daily operations and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to align reporting and planning systems
• Build financial models and conduct variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Assist in developing dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements

Ideal Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in banking or financial services
• Demonstrated expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and management reporting
• Hands-on experience with finance system implementations or digital finance transformation
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial platforms (e.g., EPM tools, Oracle, OFSAA)
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Exposure to international banking operations is desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, project-driven environment
