Job Overview
As a Service Manager, you will oversee service operations across ELV, AV, BMS, and security system projects. This includes managing service contracts, leading technical teams, coordinating with vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving improvements in client satisfaction, uptime, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery for ELV, AV, security systems, and BMS installations
• Maintain service performance standards and manage incident resolution
• Oversee client contracts and SLA compliance across multiple sites
• Build and manage customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction
• Guide subcontractors and technicians on site execution and safety procedures
• Drive continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and operational efficiency
• Align departmental goals with company targets for revenue and quality
• Prepare reports and performance analytics for senior leadership
• Manage service budgets, procurement, and resource planning
• Coordinate with vendors for support, escalations, and upgrades

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain detailed documentation of service incidents, maintenance activity, and compliance logs
• Monitor and report KPIs such as resolution time, system uptime, and budget adherence

Financial Management

• Control costs associated with service delivery and resource utilization
• Support budget forecasting and optimize vendor contracts

Governance & Standards

• Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and emirate-specific security system regulations (ADMCC, SIRA, etc.)
• Implement ITIL-based service frameworks and ensure system testing meets local standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience in service management, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, security systems, and regulatory compliance in all UAE emirates
• Experience with incident ticketing systems and service monitoring tools
• ITIL certification or equivalent experience in IT/Service management
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Windows OS
• Ability to handle multiple projects and client accounts concurrently
• Strong leadership, vendor coordination, and communication skills
