Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in accordance with
IFRS
and applicable regulatory requirements
Ensure accurate bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
Prepare management reports and financial dashboards for senior management and clients
Advisory & Client Support
Provide financial advisory services including
financial structuring, investment analysis, and feasibility studies
Support
mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and due diligence
engagements
Assist clients with business setup, financial modeling, and operational optimization
Provide insights on
cost control, profitability, and financial risk management
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with
UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, AML/CFT
, and other applicable regulations
Prepare and review
VAT returns, corporate tax filings
, and related submissions
Liaise with
auditors, tax authorities, regulators, and external advisors
Support regulatory audits, inspections, and reporting obligations
Risk Management & Controls
Implement and monitor
internal controls, accounting policies, and risk mitigation frameworks
Identify financial and operational risks and recommend corrective actions
Support internal and external audit processes and follow up on audit findings
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with
legal, compliance, investment, and operations teams
Guide and mentor junior accounting staff, where applicable
Communicate effectively with
clients, regulators, banks, and financial institutions
of relevant experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or financial consultancy
Prior experience in
financial services, investment advisory, banking, or consultancy firms
preferred
Strong working knowledge of
IFRS
and the
UAE regulatory environment
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
