Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and compliance for the company. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements while providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Oversee audits (internal and external) and ensure timely completion. Handle tax planning, filing, and compliance with applicable laws. Provide financial advice and strategies to improve profitability and efficiency. Ensure proper implementation of accounting policies, standards, and procedures. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities. Conduct risk analysis and advise on ways to mitigate financial risks. Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and financial institutions as required. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or finance roles. Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS and local tax laws. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
