Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Chartered Accountant (CA)

with a background in

investment banking

to oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations. This includes corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax planning, and audits. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports Handle day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws, regulations, and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, UAE corporate law) Oversee tax planning and filing processes in accordance with UAE and international standards Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate audit completion Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review Lead financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Monitor cash flow, implement cost control measures, and evaluate financial risk Support the design and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency Leverage investment banking experience to assess and support potential investment opportunities and corporate finance activities

Requirements:

Qualified

Chartered Accountant (CA)

or equivalent professional certification

3-5 years of proven experience

in accounting and finance, with at least some exposure to

investment banking or financial services

Strong understanding of financial principles, IFRS, and UAE financial regulations Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational efficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
