As a Charter Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating revenue by identifying and engaging potential clients and leads through outbound calls. This role requires individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a drive to achieve targets. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position offers an uncapped commission system to motivate and reward high performance. Even though office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm but working hours can vary depending on the work and task given by the management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our range of services/products.
Generate new leads through various online platforms and research.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively presenting solutions to meet those needs.
Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
Candidate with 2-3 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Cargo Airline or Cargo GSA/CSA background is preferred.
