Job Description
Job Summary:
A Chargehand supervises a small team of workers (within a specific trade like masonry, carpentry, electrical, etc.) under the direction of a foreman or site engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a group of skilled or semi-skilled workers on-site.
Allocate tasks and ensure work quality within their trade.
Report progress or problems to the Foreman or Engineer.
Ensure workers follow safety instructions and wear PPE.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of trade-specific experience in construction (UAE/GCC preferred).
Capable of reading simple drawings and executing works accordingly.
Leadership ability to guide a small team effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED10.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
