Responsibilities:
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, screening, and coordination).
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
Support senior recruiters with shortlists and follow-ups.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and candidate engagement.
Requirements:
No prior experience required (recruitment experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills in English and/or French
(bilingual is an asset).
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and comfort with job platforms and email.
Motivated by results and open to performance-based earnings.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
