Channel Partner Management:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Provide training and support to ensure partner success.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance via partners.
Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint business plans.
Market Expansion:
Identify new market opportunities through channel networks.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor partner performance, sales volume, and ROI.
Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance.
Implement incentive and loyalty programs to drive partner engagement.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams.
Share market feedback and help shape product development and GTM strategies.
Analyzing daily sales reports to track performance trends
Evaluating sales employee performance by product, customer, and category
Conducting monthly analysis and follow-up on customer billing by category and product
Managing stock allocation and analyzing inventory movement
Overseeing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction and retention
Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that demand and supply are balanced
