In a nutshellIn this role, you will build relationships to ultimately drive and source new leads for Loylogic. It's an exciting opportunity for a candidate with great people and consultative sales skills, with either strong enterprise SaaS MarTech sales or/and loyalty consulting selling background. You will be responsible for identifying, contracting and cooperating with channel partners to sell our solutions, specifically with Channel partners who are Service and Tech providers in the Consumer Loyalty as well as Performance improvement industry. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to reach these partners, establishing partnerships with them to find compelling joined propositions, leading to actual sales. What you will do Proactively recruit and onboard new partnersDevelop strong working relationships with solution providers (marketing automation, CRM, etc.) and agencies (loyalty, email marketing, CRM, etc.)Actively track joint sales pipeline with partnersWork with Product Managers to achieve success by driving partner education, training, and sales enablement, with the goal of improving partner maturityDevelop and execute on a business plan for a successful partnership with each partner Define partnerships strategies and execute on go-to-market plans Develop mutually beneficial and trusting relationships across all levels of the organization Lead the relationship to build technology integrations with the channel partners. Working with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to successfully integrateOrganize mutual marketing activities with partners, such as workshops, business breakfasts, webinars, white papers, etc. What you will need 5-10 years experience in channel partnership management with proven track record and outstanding commercial results for both the channel partner and your own (former) organizationClient-facing experience, with the ability to communicate and influence at all stages in the decision-making processExcellent presentation skills and professional presenceSelf-motivated with excellent work ethicExperience selling solutions to C- and VP-level marketing or CRM professionalsInternational background, fluent in English, ideally with additional language skillsUnderstanding of eCommerce and loyalty / acquisition and retention strategies Strong technology skills as you will be leading product demonstrations (with the help of the solution team), you must credibly discuss technical topics such as data integration via connectors, APIs, SDKs and talk about compliance, security topics, etc.Ability to develop new strategic alliances and field partnerships as necessaryCapability to work independently and in a team environment What we have We are an international team, with members located in offices across the world but who share learnings and support and encourage each other, overcoming any challenges that distance and even different time zones may throw up.Our goodies for you:Hybrid working model (mix of office and home office)Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning platformCompetitive bonus schemeCHOICE: our own internal points based incentive programA day off on your BirthdayAnniversary bonus
