About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Channel Operations team. This role is critical in supporting our broker network and internal teams by managing backend operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle broker onboarding and agreement management. Manage commission processing and ensure timely payouts. Coordinate events and maintain smooth interdepartmental communication (Procurement, Accounts, Channels, Audit, MIS). Support Channel Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers with backend tasks. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Based in Abu Dhabi. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in
Salesforce
andExcel
. Good communication and coordination abilities. Real estate experience preferred (but backend operations experience and UK documentation knowledge are acceptable). Event coordination experience is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
