An exciting new position has arisen for an experienced Change & Training Manager to join a leading business based in Dubai.
As the Change & Training Manager you will join a large-scale programme, with responsibility for leading on change, communication and training agenda for a large-scale HR transformation programmes (SAP SuccessFactors / ECP)
You will play a critical role in ensuring the transition to the new payrolls systems, ensuring employees adapt and embrace new processes and technologies.
The role will be operating on a 6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extensions thereafter.
