Account Sales Executive FSI

Dans le cadre du developpement de nos activites aupres des acteurs du secteur

FSI

(Banque, Assurance, Leasing, Paiement, Fintech), nous recherchons un Sales Account Executive charge de piloter la croissance commerciale, developper des comptes strategiques et renforcer les partenariats a long terme avec nos clients.

Missions principales


Developper et gerer un portefeuille de clients

FSI

(banques, assurances, institutions financieres, fintechs) Identifier et qualifier de nouvelles opportunites commerciales (chasse et elevage) Construire et executer la strategie de compte (Account Plan) Piloter le cycle de vente de bout en bout : + Prospection et qualification
+ Reponse aux appels d'offres (RFP/RFI)
+ Negociation commerciale et contractuelle
+ Closing des deals
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes : + Delivery
+ Avant-vente
+ Recrutement / Staffing
+ Finance
Assurer le suivi de la satisfaction client et le developpement du chiffre d'affaires (upsell / cross-sell) Participer aux instances clients et comites de pilotage Realiser une veille marche FSI (tendances, concurrence, innovation)

Competences requises


Competences commerciales
Solide experience en

vente complexe B2B

Maitrise du cycle de vente long Capacite a adresser des interlocuteurs C-level (CIO, CDO, COO, CFO) Excellentes competences en negociation et closing
Competences sectorielles
Bonne connaissance du secteur

FSI

Comprehension des enjeux reglementaires (optionnel : PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO, AML) Connaissance des processus bancaires et assurantiels
Soft skills
Leadership et posture de partenaire Forte orientation resultats Excellente communication orale et ecrite Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'engagement

Profil recherche


Bac+5 (Ecole de commerce, ingenieur ou equivalent)

8 a 10 ans d'experience

en tant que Sales / Account Executive dans le secteur FSI Experience significative en ESN, integrateur ou cabinet de conseil * Anglais professionnel requis
