CFO - Real Estate Development Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects



Requirements

:

? Drive financial strategy, planning, risk management, and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, regulations, and audit standards. ? Manage accounting, reporting, and controls while monitoring budgets, costs, and feasibility across real estate development projects. ? Leverage ERP/TMS platforms for cash flow, forecasting, and real-time financial reporting; streamline processes for efficiency. ? Lead and mentor finance teams while delivering accurate reports, dashboards, and insights to executives, investors, and external partners. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred ? Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting within the real estate development sector; With proven expertise in end-to-end financial management, project finance, and industry-specific accounting practices ? Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP systems, and payment platforms ? With strong knowledge of real estate valuation, funding, and investment analysis.
