Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and initial consultations with new clients
Design and deliver personalized workout programs tailored to individual needs
Lead one-on-one or small group sessions with a focus on safety and effectiveness
Support and motivate clients throughout their fitness journey
Track progress, set goals, and provide consistent feedback
Help promote training services and build a loyal client base
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, REPS)
CPR certification
Experience working with a diverse client base
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and client-focused
Prior personal training experience preferred but not required
