Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will create customized training programs tailored to individual client goals, ensuring each session delivers measurable results. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through consultations, assessments, and onboarding, building strong relationships that drive client retention and satisfaction. Your ability to effectively promote and sell training packages will directly contribute to meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement personalized fitness plans based on clients' unique needs and objectives Conduct thorough consultations and fitness assessments to evaluate progress and adjust plans accordingly Actively engage clients with motivational coaching and expert guidance to maximize outcomes Promote personal training packages and services confidently to achieve sales goals Stay informed on emerging fitness trends, exercise science, and nutrition basics to provide well-rounded support Maintain accurate client records and use basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and client care
