Requirements:
Valid Dubai Municipality certification for Construction Manager G+12.
Minimum 7 years of experience in high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, planning, and project management skills.
Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects (G+12).
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality codes and standards.
Manage site activities, schedule, and resources effectively.
Supervise site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
