We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Center Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning of the center, drive business growth, and deliver excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.
Drive business development activities to increase enrollments/revenue.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control.
Maintain center facilities, safety, and compliance standards.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage and follow-up leads
Assist students on course selection, and career selection
support a team of counselors to ensure performance and Manage day-to-day operations.
Explain admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through face-to-face meetings or phone calls.
Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them complete the required documents.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all student interactions and record handling.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
