Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Central Kitchen Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our central production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, production efficiency, staff management, and coordination with outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all central kitchen operations, including production, preparation, packing, dispatching, and inventory. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. Develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery to outlets. Maintain accurate records of raw materials, wastage, and daily production reports. Coordinate with procurement for timely ordering of ingredients and supplies. Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when required. Implement cost-control measures and reduce wastage. Coordinate closely with outlet managers and operations team for menu updates and special requirements. Ensure quality consistency of all food items as per company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred). Minimum

1-2years of experience

in a central kitchen or high-volume production kitchen. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Proficiency in inventory management and kitchen planning.
