The role also involves developing and implementing medical policies and protocols to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience working with Physicians and leading medical teams Experience in marketing and events Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards Ability to work on-site in Dubai or Abudhabi Board certification in relevant medical fields is a plus Master's degree or higher in Medicine or related field Arabic speaker, English is a plus Seniority level
