We are looking for an experienced
Call Center Manager
with a background in the healthcare or aesthetics industry to lead our call center team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience managing inbound and outbound call operations in a clinic or medical setting.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficiency
Manage and train a team of call center agents, ensuring they meet performance and sales targets
Develop and implement call center policies, scripts, and workflows to enhance patient experience
Monitor call performance metrics and generate reports for management
Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues
Work closely with clinic management and marketing teams to drive patient bookings and retention
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy policies
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Call Center Manager
in a
clinic, medical center, or aesthetic facility
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in sales, patient coordination, or appointment booking is a plus
Knowledge of CRM systems and call center technology
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
