Job Description

The Center Manager oversees the daily operations of the healthcare or homecare center, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff performance, and compliance with organizational policies. The role involves managing administrative, clinical, and operational activities to maintain efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall operations of the center, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow
Responsible for driving revenue growth while managing costs to meet P&L targets.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing and support staff performance
Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards
Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcare
regulations

Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and center resources
Prepare and monitor center budgets, expenses, and operational reports
Conduct regular audits, quality checks, and ensure safety protocols are followed
Coordinate training, educational programs, and staff development activities
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all center activities
Promote effective communication within the team and with patients
Experience & Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or homecare management
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic healthcare management software
Education & Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field
Relevant management or leadership certification is a plus
