Center Director For Tutoring Center
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 5-6 instructors/admin staff
Oversee daily operations & high-quality program delivery
Drive student enrollment & retention
Build strong parent relationships & track student progress
Align academics with British/IB/American curriculums
Manage P&L, expenses, and revenue growth
Foster a positive, achievement-driven culture
Requirements:
1+ years UAE managerial experience in education
Strong knowledge of international curriculums
Proven record in enrollment, retention & performance management
P&L/operations experience
Knowledge of Math, English, Reading, Phonics & Study Skills
Bachelor's in Education or related field
Must be Dubai-based
Package:
AED 15,000-18,000/month (based on experience)
Sun-Thu | 10 AM-7 PM or 11 AM-8 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
