We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven

Clinic Manager

to oversee operations at our aesthetic clinic in , Al Duhail Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in aesthetic clinic management, a proven track record in sales and revenue generation, and the ability to lead a high-performing team while maintaining exceptional patient service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency and premium service delivery. Drive

sales growth

, maximize treatment conversions, and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets. Conduct patient consultations, explain treatment options, and support in upselling and cross-selling services. Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff to achieve performance objectives and uphold service excellence. Implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, patient retention programs, and partnerships to strengthen clinic visibility. Ensure compliance with

Qatar healthcare regulations

and internal clinic protocols. Monitor clinic KPIs, track performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Oversee patient scheduling, clinic workflow, stock management, and vendor coordination. Handle patient concerns professionally and enhance overall patient satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-centered environment while supporting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Clinic Manager or similar role in an aesthetic, cosmetic, or dermatology clinic. Strong

sales background

with proven results in achieving revenue and conversion targets. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer handling skills. Hands-on knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare services, and clinic operations. Familiarity with

Qatar healthcare standards

and regulatory requirements (QCHP experience preferred). Ability to multitask, solve problems, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
