Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Provide accurate information about aesthetic services, treatments, and promotions.
Schedule and manage client bookings using the clinic's CRM system.
Coordinate with medical and front-desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
Follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and support customer retention.
Manage WhatsApp/online inquiries professionally and promptly.
Maintain a high level of customer service consistent with clinic standards.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of call center or customer service experience
, preferably in beauty/aesthetics/medical field.
Strong communication skills in
English
(Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
Confident, professional phone etiquette and customer-first approach.
Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a beauty clinic, aesthetic center, spa, or wellness facility.
