Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Clinic Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing medical center. The ideal candidate must have
at least 5 years of managerial experience in an aesthetic or medical wellness clinic
and a strong background in business development, team management, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all clinical operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient experience.
Develop and implement strategies to
increase clinic revenue and client retention
.
Supervise front desk, nurses, and medical staff to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive campaigns and conversions.
Ensure compliance with
DHA and local regulatory standards
.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Handle client escalations professionally and maintain a premium brand image.
Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and supplier coordination.
Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and motivate the team toward goals.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of management experience
in an aesthetic or medical wellness clinic (UAE experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
In-depth knowledge of clinic workflows, patient care standards, and customer service excellence.
Fluent in
English
(Arabic is an advantage).
Confident, well-presented, and proactive mindset.
