We Are Hiring: Chef de Partie - Sushi | Modern Japanese Restaurant | Dubai

We are looking for a talented and passionate CDP - Sushi to join our team in Dubai.

Position: Chef de Partie - Sushi

Location: Jumeirah 1, Dubai, UAE

Concept: Modern Japanese Restaurant

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

*Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and nigiri according to restaurant standards.

*Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food hygiene within the station.

*Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas

*Ensure proper handling of seafood and premium Japanese ingredients

*Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

*Maintain portion control, presentation standards, and product consistency

*Support junior team members and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements:

*Proven experience as a Sushi CDP in a Japanese or premium dining restaurant.

*Excellent knife skills and strong understanding of traditional & modern sushi techniques.

*Knowledge of Japanese ingredients, seafood grading, and storage procedures

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culinary environment.

*Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

*Must be currently in the UAE

*Immediate availability is highly preferred
