Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and proper task delegation.
Prepare, cook, and present authentic Mexican dishes to the highest standard.
Maintain consistency and quality in all dishes served.
Plan and execute daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation.
Train, mentor, and support junior kitchen staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Monitor portion control, waste management, and kitchen efficiency.
Collaborate with management to develop menus, specials, and new recipes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a CDP or similar role, preferably in
Mexican cuisine
.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
Creativity and passion for authentic Mexican flavors and presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
