Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present authentic Qatari dishes to a high standard.
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and kitchen operations.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a
CDP Chef
or
Demi Chef de Partie
in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
Specialization or strong knowledge in
Qatari and Middle Eastern cuisine
.
Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
