Prepare and execute chocolate-based desserts and products
Handle tempering, molding, ganache, pralines, and chocolate decorations
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
Assist in menu development and new product creation
Proven experience in pastry arts
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Creativity and dedication to quality
Requirements:
Proven experience as CDP or Demi Chef specializing in chocolate
Strong knowledge of chocolate techniques and pastry basics
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player with attention to detail
Culinary certification is an advantage
