Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker. Knowledge of various baking techniques and pastry decoration. Creativity and attention to detail. Strong time management and organizational skills. Team player with excellent communication skills. Food safety and sanitation knowledge. Flexibility for different shifts. Valid QID, Food handler certificate, and NOC Immediate availability
Responsibilities:
Create a wide variety of pastries and desserts, ensuring the highest quality and presentation. Develop and execute innovative pastry recipes. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen. Collaborate with the culinary team to design dessert menus and specials.
