Were looking for a skilled Pastry CDP to manage a designated section within the pastry kitchen. Youll be responsible for producing high-quality desserts, assisting in recipe execution, and ensuring consistent presentation and taste.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Prepare and present pastries, baked goods, and desserts in line with recipes and standards.
xc2xb7 Maintain mise en place and assist with daily pastry production.
xc2xb7 Work closely with the Senior CDP and Sous Chef to meet service timelines.
xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
xc2xb7 Support junior team members and maintain a clean, organized station.
xc2xb7 Assist in testing and developing new items when required.
Requirements
xc2xb7 Minimum 23 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen.
xc2xb7 Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Pastry Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
xc2xb7 HACCP Certified strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
xc2xb7 Skilled in various pastry techniques, including doughs, fillings, and decoration.
xc2xb7 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
xc2xb7 A team player with a positive attitude and a love for pastry.
