Job Description
Job Purpose:
To monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of premises, personnel, and assets. The CCTV Operator is responsible for watching live and recorded footage to detect and report any suspicious or unlawful activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live CCTV footage and report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the relevant authorities. Operate and control the CCTV system to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency. Record and store surveillance footage in accordance with organizational and legal standards. Maintain a daily log of all activities and incidents observed. Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations and coordinate with on-site security teams. Assist law enforcement by providing access to recordings and relevant information upon request. Conduct routine checks to ensure all cameras and related equipment are functioning properly. Maintain confidentiality and handle data with integrity and discretion. Report equipment failures or malfunctions to the appropriate department. Follow organizational security procedures and protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or surveillance training is an asset. Previous experience in security field and have a skill in leading a team. PSBD / SIRA (Pre) Required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED1,850.00 per month
