Overview



We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented

Security Officer (CCTV Surveillance)

to manage the continuous video surveillance of our exclusive retail locations. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional focus, ethical integrity, and strong reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities



Staff Activity & Operational Compliance Monitoring:



Performance Observation:

Monitor

staff activities

and adherence to established company procedures, including customer interaction protocols, inventory handling, and store opening/closing procedures etc.

Behavioral Reporting:

Identify and report instances of non-compliance, policy violations, unprofessional conduct, or behaviors that may negatively impact the customer experience or operational integrity.

Compliance Documentation:

Document observations related to staff performance and operational gaps in a clear, objective, and timely manner for review by management.

Loss Prevention & Security Surveillance:



Proactive Monitoring:

Conduct continuous, real-time monitoring of all assigned

CCTV

feeds across multiple retail stores.

Incident Response:

Immediately notify the Leadership upon identifying a security risk or ongoing incident, providing concise and accurate information to facilitate rapid intervention.

Equipment Management:

Conduct regular checks of the surveillance system to ensure all cameras, recording devices, and software are functioning optimally, reporting any technical faults promptly.

Reporting and Documentation:



Incident Reports:

Accurately document all security incidents, operational non-compliance, and noteworthy events in detailed, objective

incident reports

or daily logs.

Management Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc performance summaries and graphical reports for presentation to Senior Management, highlighting key trends in security risks and operational compliance.

Video Retrieval and Evidence Management:



Evidence Digging:

Efficiently and accurately search, locate, and export high-quality

video footage

for specific dates, times, and events as requested by management, HR, or authorized legal personnel.

Chain of Custody:

Maintain a strict chain of custody for all retrieved video evidence, ensuring its integrity and confidentiality.

Required Skills



Software Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for compiling reports and presentations.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in

CCTV

monitoring, surveillance, or

loss prevention

, preferably within a high-end retail environment.

Attention to Detail:

Exceptional ability to maintain focus over long shifts, identifying subtle details and anomalies in video footage.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary for producing clear reports and interacting with cross-functional teams.

Integrity:

Unquestionable ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive security and personnel information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD150.000 - BD175.000 per month
