Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain
CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, servers, and surveillance networks
.
Perform regular system health checks, preventive maintenance, and optimize CCTV performance.
Monitor and troubleshoot camera issues, network connectivity, recording failures, and storage systems.
Ensure CCTV setup complies with Dubai regulations and hotel security standards.
Collaborate with the IT and Security teams to support all surveillance-related requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of installations, IP assignments, and system configurations.
Uphold grooming standards and maintain professional behavior within the hotel environment.
Requirements:
2-4 years of CCTV installation and configuration experience in Dubai (hospitality experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, structured cabling, switches, and surveillance networks.
SIRA Certification.
Good understanding of LAN, PoE, network troubleshooting, and camera layouts.
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational requirements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
