Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP and analog cameras, NVRs/DVRs, servers, and related network infrastructure.
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
Perform site surveys and prepare technical proposals, layout designs, and material requirements based on project specifications.
Integrate CCTV systems with access control, alarm systems, and video management platforms as per client and security requirements.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently, ensuring minimal system downtime.
Ensure all installations and configurations comply with Qatar Civil Defense (QCD) and relevant local authority standards.
Prepare detailed technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation for system configurations and upgrades.
Provide end-user training and technical support to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with project engineers, IT teams, and subcontractors to deliver CCTV solutions within project timelines and quality standards.
Stay updated on the latest CCTV technologies, video analytics, and system integration trends to enhance operational efficiency.
