CCTV Coordinator to oversee the entire coordination of planning, implementation, and maintenance of CCTV systems in ensuring the efficient operation and security systems of facilities through effective coordination and management of CCTV & Safety technologies

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure the effective functioning of CCTV system and solve any issues that may arise.

Collaborate with the CCTV Engineer & respective team for maintenance and upgrades.

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation related to CCTV operations, configurations, diagrams, and procedures.

Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and any maintenance activities.

Keep records of CCTV footage storage and retrieval processes.

Consult with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of equipment, maintenance services, and software updates.

Coordinate with internal and external partners for system enhancements & advancements.

Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Work closely with the Security Team to align CCTV operations with security protocols.

Provide support in investigation incidents by retrieving and analysing CCTV footage.

Collaborate on the development and implementation of security strategies.

Ensure CCTV coverage supports fire safety measures and emergency response plans.

Participate in drills and training exercises related to fire safety and CCTV coordination.

Coordinate with the Fire Alarm Team to integrate CCTV systems with fire safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum years of experience

• 3 years in similar role.

Skills and Competencies

• Proven experience in coordinating and managing CCTV systems in a professional setting.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Effective documentation and control skills.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

• Familiarity with relevant local and national regulations pertaining to security systems
